We do not provide WIFI services for casual browsing, but if it is necessary that you connect to the WEB we can arrange for you to use the Cell phone hotspot at R 1/megabyte.

If you need to book any accommodation, flights, buses etc, we will gladly assist you at reception.

We offer a laundry service that takes approximately half a day, weather dependant. The cost is R5o per load and includes wash, iron and fold. Please enquire at reception.

The Transkei is a rural place and this is Africa. Please treat everyone and everything with respect. Also please remember that patience is a virtue, some things take considerably longer out here.

Always tread lightly and be aware of your body.

If you cut yourself / hurt yourself, please make sure you disinfect it as soon as possible and refrain from walking through rivers with open wounds. Please also be aware that the Transkei is alive with all sorts of creatures; cows bring ticks, so check yourself constantly when walking through grass.

If you have any serious wounds or injuries there is a clinic km outside of Coffee Bay by the Ngcwanguba Store (18km from Coffee Bay).

There is also a hospital 40km from the Clinic-Zithulelehospital : +27 (0)47 5738935
